Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard: 5-7 business days after order processing.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, compliance delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Geographic Coverage

We ship to all 50 US states and territories where permitted by federal, state, and local laws, in accordance with ATF regulations. Firearms and ammunition are only shipped to jurisdictions where they are legally permitted. Customers are responsible for verifying compliance with local laws before ordering. We do not ship firearms or ammunition internationally.

ATF Compliance

  • Firearms: All firearms are shipped to a licensed FFL dealer chosen by the customer or designated by Frisco Guns. The FFL dealer will conduct a National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) check and complete the transfer per ATF regulations. Customers must provide the FFL dealer’s contact information at checkout.

  • Ammunition: Shipped with adult signature verification to ensure compliance with ATF and state age restrictions. Ammunition is packaged and labeled per DOT hazardous materials regulations.

  • Prohibited Items: We do not ship items prohibited by ATF regulations, such as unregistered National Firearms Act (NFA) items (e.g., suppressors, short-barreled rifles) without proper ATF approval and documentation. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate ATF regulations or local laws.

Returns & Refunds Policy (Including Warranty Policy)

Last Updated: May 2, 2025

Eligibility

The buyer is responsible for knowing the laws of their state of residence regarding firearm/accessory types and magazine capacity restrictions. Each warehouse operates on their own policy for restricted item shipping. In rare cases, items such as high capacity magazines, hollow point ammunition, or restricted firearms will still be shipped to addresses in prohibited states. If an item ships and cannot be transferred/possessed for any reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping via their transferring dealer. A refund will be issued less a 35% restocking fee, and any other fees/shipping costs incurred. This return/refund policy only applies to items deemed illegal/ineligible for the customer to own with sufficient proof. For Damaged Firearms, you need to inspect before signing the item out from your FFL. Once the firearm is signed out from the FFL you will need to deal with the manufacturer, so please inspect at your FFL's location. All other sales are final. There are NO RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. You will need to deal with the manufacturer for any damages or defects.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at friscoguns@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. For firearms, include the FFL dealer’s contact information and order details to ensure ATF compliance.

  3. Ship the item using the provided return label.

  • We’ll notify you of approval or rejection via email.

  • For non-firearm, non-ammunition items, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • For firearms, refunds are subject to FFL dealer verification and ATF compliance. Approved refunds will be processed after confirming the firearm’s return to our designated FFL dealer.

  • Refunds exclude original shipping costs and FFL transfer fees unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Ammunition returns are limited to defective or incorrect shipments due to ATF restrictions on consumer returns.
